This website is operated by NANJI. Throughout the site, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to NANJI. We provide this website, including all information, tools, and Services, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including additional terms and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

If you do not agree to all Terms, you must not access the website or use any Services.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes here. Your continued use following updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY (Age & Jurisdiction)

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you:

  • Are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. 

2. SHOPIFY PLATFORM & POLICIES

Your use must comply with:

  • Shopify’s Terms of Service, including the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) 

  • Shopify Payments and Shop Pay Terms. 

The sale of prohibited items (as defined by Shopify’s AUP or payment policies) is strictly forbidden.

3. CUSTOMER DATA & NETWORK INTELLIGENCE

By using our Services, you consent to NANJI and Shopify securely processing customer data via Shopify Network Intelligence to improve analytics, marketing, performance, and personalization.

  • Data is anonymized, aggregated, and not shared with other merchants 

  • Customers may opt out via Shopify Admin settings.

4. USE OF SHOPIFY & THIRD‑PARTY TOOLS

In addition to Shopify’s API Terms , third-party integrations are provided “as‑is.” We are not responsible for performance, compliance, or functionality of these tools.

5. ONLINE STORE & CONDUCT

  • You may only use our store for lawful purposes and must not violate any laws or transmit harmful code.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your access for any reason, without notice.

6. PRODUCTS, PRICING & RETURNS

  • Product availability, prices, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

  • Returns or exchanges are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • Colors displayed on screens may vary from actual product appearance.

7. ACCOUNT & PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete account information and notify us of changes.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order.

  • Payment disputes processed via Shopify Payments will be governed by the Shopify Payments Terms, including Delaware jurisdiction, whereas other disputes fall under Hong Kong law .

8. USER CONTENT

  • You retain ownership of your comments and submissions. By submitting, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

  • We may monitor, edit, or remove any content at our discretion.

9. PRIVACY

10. WARRANTIES & LIMITATIONS

  • All services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”.

  • We disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose, etc.).

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, NANJI and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our Services.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold NANJI and its affiliates harmless from any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

12. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, except for payment disputes through Shopify Payments, which are governed by Delaware jurisdiction.

  • Any dispute must be brought in the appropriate courts of Hong Kong (or Delaware for payment-related matters).

13. SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

  • If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain effective.

  • No waiver by us is a waiver of future rights.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with any referenced Policies (Privacy, Refund, Shopify API, AUP), constitute the entire agreement.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to revise these Terms. Updates are posted here and to store operators via Shopify Admin or email. Your continued use after changes implies acceptance.
